We support clients with their day-to day activities such as personal care needs , mobility, taking medication at the right time, giving , preparing of meals, shopping, domestic cleaning, trips to doctors , and giving  them informed choices.

Live-in Care

Live-in care is one of the most popular alternative to care homes when your love one is struggling with the challenge of living at home. We provide care tailored care to meet the needs of individual clients. Care supreme provides the right person for a range of needs whether for the elderly, those who require dementia care, those living with a long-term condition, those needing end -of- life care or disables adults of any age.

Physical Assistance

Care Supreme offers physical assistant services for seniors, elderly or disabled. Our aim is to help our clients to be mobile and live a normal life. Our aim is to help throughout the day in various ways such as ambulatory assistance, getting dressed, positioning in chair, transfer between bed and chair and wheelchair assistances.

Dementia

Our carers who support people  with dementia are well trained to understand the impact the condition has on the  patient. This means our carers are well trained and they have the technical know- how on the effect of dementia on our clients and how to support them accordingly.

Learning Disability and Challenging Behavior

The care we provide for patients with learning disability is based on a care plan which is developed by care professionals. We at Care Supreme do not believe in one size fit approach for patients with  learning disability and challenging behaviour.
